Bulgarian exports to Armenia in 2017 reached their highest level in 10 years and reached $ 31 million. This was announced by Deputy Minister of Economy Alexander Manolev at the opening of the Bulgarian-Armenian Business Forum in Yerevan. More than 100 companies from both countries are taking part in the event.
The Minister of Transport, Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Bulgaria Rosen Zhelyazkov, the Minister of Economic Development and Investments of the Republic of Armenia Tigran Khachatryan also took part in the forum.
Deputy Minister Manolev is on a visit to the Republic of Armenia to participate in the Intergovernmental Commission for Economic Cooperation together with a business delegation including nearly 30 Bulgarian companies. The program of the visit includes meetings with representatives of institutions and the private sector.
